Nord Stream blast ordered by Ukraine, say German prosecutors

German prosecutors believe the Ukrainian national suspected of sabotaging Baltic Sea gas pipelines in 2022 acted "on the orders of state authorities in Ukraine." The suspect was officially charged on Wednesday.
